iMSonline is an interactive help desk and reporting system designed by our own in house team to meet the needs of our varied client base and our own staff based at remote locations. Our aim is to provide our customers with an interactive and informative portal through which they can view information related to their contracts with Lorne Stewart Services Limited.
Using our system, customers can view information related to their maintenance contracts and access online reports in real time. We are able to give as much or as little access as you need to fit with your requirements and can include the costs in our service charges.
